Age of Empires III

Here is my top 5 artilery units in Age of Empires 3, rated on price, strength, HP and population.

5. Imperial Field Gun, this is because it's sort of the average artilery unit, every civilization can get it, it uses less population than any other cannon but is expensive, its power isn't great but it is a good cannon to start with. It is a falconet befre any upgrades have been done and the falconet's HP is a mere 200 howvere the attack is 80 and range 12. Overall It's a good cannon.

4. Imperial Rockets, British unique unit, it's got good range and a  good shockwave but is quite easy to destroy, the population it uses is 7 so you're limited in number however you don't have to buy it as it comes free from the factory and home city shipments, it has a special feature also which gives more damage to ships, the rergular rocket has 300 HP (more that the falconet) 300 attack (more than the falconet) and 28 range (moer than the falconet) for these reasons I think it deserves number 4 in my top 5 artilery units.

3. Imperial Culverins, every civilization can get culverins, they're basically anti-artillery artillery. (don't worry it's not that confusing if you think about it!!!) They're good against other cannons and pack quite a punch when attacking othere things! Culverins have a HP of 280, attack of 20 and range of 18 makes it worse than the rocket but the fact it's an anti-artillery unit it would beat it in a battle. That's why my number 3 is the Imperial Culverin.

2. The result of this top 5 was really a for gone conclusion before we even started so the number 2 is the Imperial Cannon, like Rockets they come free with the factory but are amazing at shooting down infantry, other cannons, ships, grenadiers, everything except cavalry, cavalry are good against all cannons. The Heavy cannon (the unupgraded state) has a huge 475 HP, 200 attack and 28 range with pierce armour as well. So this allrounder makes it to my number 2 slot.

1. Number 1 is another win for the almighty Ottoman, the Imperial Bombard, free from factories and by far the most powerful cannon in the game, in numbers it's unstoppable and can wipe out a civilization in seconds, the Great Bombard has 475 HP, 28 range and a massive 500 attack!!!!!! Rememebr this is before it's been upgraded to imperial, that's why my number 1 is, THE IMPERIIAL BOMBARD!!!
